We collect your personal information only for the purposes of managing your booking with The Seatones.

We will collect, use and store the following categories of personal information about you:
Your contact details (address, telephone number and email)
Date of your event
Address of the venue in which the event is to be held
If applicable, the name of the person for whom the event is for
Any personal information which you feel is required for the provision of our performance at your event
Photographs and videos of the event
Will you collect sensitive personal information about me?
No, we will not collect any information categorised as sensitive under GDPR regulations.
How do you collect personal information about me?
We collect personal information about you via telephone, email, online (website and/or social media) and face to face contact.
What reasons do you have to use/process my personal information?
When making a booking with The Seatones you enter into a contract agreement with us. We will only use your personal information for the purposes of fulfilling that contract.
How will you use the information you collect about me?
We will only use your personal information, for the following purposes:
To contact you about your booking
To make arrangements with the venue
To promote your event, if applicable – with your consent
On our social media platforms (photos/videos) – with your consent
On our website (photos/videos/feedback) – with your consent
What if I don’t want to provide you with my personal information?
Unfortunately, if you do not want to provide the personal information as described above then we will not be able to proceed with your booking.
Will you share my personal information with third parties?
We will never share your personal information with any third parties unless you give us consent to do so.
How do you store my personal information?
We will store your personal information obtained on our booking form in electronic format via email and on our Google Drive.
We use a Gmail address which by default uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt and protect email traffic.
How long will you keep my personal information for?
For confirmed bookings we will retain your personal information for 7 years for legal or tax reasons.
For booking enquiries (via email and social media) which don’t result in a confirmed booking we will retain your personal information for 2 years.
